By using fromflores.com or engaging in business with From Flores, you agree to these terms. These terms govern the purchase and export of goods described on this website.
All orders are subject to written confirmation. A proforma invoice will be issued detailing product specifications, quantity, unit price, total value, payment terms, and estimated shipping date. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of the agreed deposit.
All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Prices are FOB Denpasar or Surabaya unless a different Incoterm is specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a proforma invoice is issued.
Standard terms: 50% deposit upon order confirmation, 50% balance before shipment. Payment via T/T bank transfer, Wise, or Payoneer. Letters of Credit accepted for orders above USD 20,000.
We inspect and photograph all goods before shipment. If goods materially differ from agreed specifications, we will replace the non-conforming items in the next shipment or issue a credit note. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with supporting photographs.
Risk passes to the buyer at the agreed delivery point per the applicable Incoterm. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, shipping lines, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Disputes will first be sought to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
