Ordering

MOQ varies by product. Home decor starts at 20 pieces, specialty coffee at 60 kg, tenun ikat fabric at 10 pieces, and coconut products at 50 pieces. We are flexible for first-time buyers and can often accommodate smaller test orders.
Sample kits are available at standard unit rates plus shipping, fully credited against your first full order. Delivery via DHL Express: 5-7 business days.

Shipping

We offer air freight (7-14 days) and sea freight (25-40 days). We work with DHL, FedEx, and international freight forwarders. FOB Denpasar and CIF pricing available. For samples, we ship via DHL Express.
Currently: Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia. Contact us if your country is not listed.

Documentation

Yes. We handle Certificate of Origin (SKA), Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and Bill of Lading. You are responsible for import customs clearance at your end.

Products

Yes. Custom sizes, colors, and private label packaging available above certain volumes. Contact us with your specifications.

Payment

T/T bank transfer: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Established buyers: 30-day net after 3 orders. Wise and Payoneer accepted. LC for orders above $20,000.

Certifications

Our coffee is in the process of obtaining organic certification. All products are ethically sourced with fair prices paid directly to artisans and farmers — fair trade principles without formal certification.

Quality

Full inspection before every shipment with photographic documentation. If goods do not match agreed specifications, we replace them at no cost in the next shipment or issue a credit note.

General

Yes — we encourage it. We can arrange sourcing visits to Flores for serious buyers including the Bajawa coffee highlands, rattan workshops, and Maumere weaving cooperative.
